Yoga is a mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual practice that encourages a connection between the mind and the body. The word “Yoga” is a Sanskrit word that roughly translates into “to yoke” or “to unite.” A consistent practice with a compassionate lens will venture you into deeper elements of self-realization, self-affirmation, love, strength, and healing.
Discovering and living the practice of yoga has proven to be my greatest source of accountability, recovery, forgiveness, exploration, and liberation. My continued practice has lead me to a place of sustainable energy, motivation, creativity, empowerment, and so much ease. I believe that every single person has the capability to be at peace with themselves and to feel in control of their lives. Yoga can lead you there.
