I thoroughly enjoyed Naomi's class and you can tell she is really, truly a trauma-informed yoga teacher, as her classes feel extremely safe. She has a beautiful voice and I love how she shares a poem at the end of class, not to over-provoke emotion or thought, but to leave you with a consideration and air of creativity. You can tell Naomi is invested in the students' experiences of the class. While the class is gentle, it is not without stimulation -- I also love how the beginning of the class actually warms you up for the entire thing, and she takes her time with the warm up, rather than rushing you into your first downward dog. Her class flew by and as someone who appreciates a safe, predictable yoga environment with subtle challenges, this class is perfect for me. Thank you Naomi!
